Growing notes
An evergreen woody sub-shrub reaching 30-90cm, usually bought as a plant and set at least 30cm from its neighbours, or in a pot 30cm wide and deep. Prune lightly every year in mid- to late spring to keep it compact, trim off faded flower stems in late summer, and keep winter pots out of the rain.
